    In order to ensure safety of LGV during the operation, especially the safety of people on the site and safety of all sorts of equipment, LGV will adopt multiple grade safety measures. Generally the grade 1 protection device is inductive sensor and the second level is the bumper, a contact sensor installed in the front of LGV.
    Generally there are two zones in inductive sensor. When there is obstacle in first zone, LGV will slow down. When there is obstacle in second zone, LGV will stop. When the obstacle is cleaned, LGV will switch on automatically. Take white object as an example: the detection distance in first zone is 1-2 meters and the detection distance in second zone is 0.5-1 meter.
    Bumper is the last safety protection device. When inductive sensor fails or cannot detect the obstacle and bumper got collided, the bumper will warn after it receives the pressure and enable emergent stop in LGV. On the other hand, in the back of LGV there is an emergency switch to stop LGV immediately. In order to ensure accurate and safe transfer, there is a tray detection sensor installed. LGV has also been installed with eye-catching signal lamp and voice warning device to remind people nearby.
    LGV will send sound and light warning immediately as malfunction occurred. Meanwhile, it will notify LGV control room through wireless communication system and display the current state and text prompts of LGV. The supervisor will command people on the site to solve the trouble according to the hints.   Self-diagnosis System
    LGV vehicle controller software and hardware have offered self inspection, self diagnosis, and self protection ability for LGV.
    For example, when there is servo power failure, servo driver failure, charging relay failure, low voltage in battery, path tracking failure, and interception of wireless communication, etc.
    LGV man-machine interface
    1) Convenient Chinese menu provides rich operation contents;
    2) The display and operation panel prompts the operation steps, LGV working state and malfunction information;
    3) Set system parameters through the display and operation panel to modify the parameters of the system;
    4) Set working parameters through the display and operation panel to modify the parameters of the work.   Online automatic charging system
    In order to ensure continuous production in 24 hours, LGV battery is rapid charging battery that is charged automatically.
    Online automatic charging system is composed of ground charger, LGV electric charge detection device and charging management system. The electric charge detection device monitors the discharge capacity in real-time. When the discharge capacity reaches specified value, it will apply to charge. LGV sends the application to control room through wireless LAN and the control room will control the charger. When LGV reaches the charger, it begins to charge. The charger is automatic, so control room only manages through I/O point-point chargers. Every charger has a capacity of 20KVL.
